This page is provided for users of the CommZone mobile app and website. It is a practical release policy, not a substitute for legal advice.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how 500 Rockets Marketing collects, uses, and protects information when you use CommZone, including our mobile app, website, interview store, AI interviews, and generated communication outputs.

Information We Collect

  • Interview responses, transcripts, recordings, uploaded files, and other content you choose to provide.
  • Profile and recovery information such as name, email address, display name, and profile owner details when you provide them.
  • Purchase and entitlement information, including product identifiers, receipt validation results, and transaction status. Payment card details are handled by Apple or other payment providers and are not stored by CommZone.
  • Device and usage information such as app version, device type, diagnostic logs, crash reports, feature interactions, and approximate technical metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Support communications you send to us.

Microphone, Speech, and Audio

If you use voice interviews, CommZone asks for microphone permission so you can record or dictate answers. Audio may be processed to create transcripts and interview responses. You can decline microphone access and use text input where available.

How We Use Information

  • To provide interviews, save sessions, generate transcripts, summaries, deliverables, identity insights, and related outputs.
  • To validate purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
  • To maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve CommZone.
  • To communicate with you about support requests, service updates, receipts, or account recovery.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

AI and Service Providers

CommZone may use trusted third-party service providers for hosting, databases, analytics, crash reporting, speech-to-text, AI processing, email delivery, payment validation, and infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to CommZone.

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We may share information with service providers that help operate CommZone.
  • If an interview was sent by an agency, company, or host, the content and outputs from that interview may be available to that host as part of the interview workflow disclosed in the app.
  • We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide CommZone, support purchases and recovery, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or transaction purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid submitting information you are not comfortable processing through an online service.

Children

CommZone is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
